CertifiCall Appliances informations request

Certificall’s licence is sized according to your needs and is installed on a single Appliance or on a cluster of Appliances if you choose a haigh-availability system. The principle is simple: 1 user = 1 phone number used for the authentication. Your N users licence is obtained permanently during the initial activation process. It can of course be modified in accordance with your needs, it can therefore be increased when there is an increased number of users. Note: A user is identified in your Certificall licence by his phone number. When your users change phone number or when a number is not used for more than 30 consecutive days, the site used for this licence will be automatically freed (for exemple when one of your users do not log in on your online services for more than 30 days).
